Taylor Swift Gets Personal with Facebook Account

Taylor Swift Gets Personal with Facebook Account

While most celebrities tend to outsource their social media presence with their public relations team, Taylor Swift reportedly wrote all of the content about her personal biography and such on her Facebook page. She is most notably known within main stream media as a country music singer but she still lists her genre as country. She claims that she learned how to play the guitar at age 12 from a guy named Ronnie who used to fix her parents’ computer. Clearly, her musical talent has grown much deeper since she was 12.

She also clearly has a strong personal affinity for Nashville, Tennessee where she grew up after her parents moved her there from Pennsylvania. However, her profile also does have some very personal details about growing up. She maintained that she was heavily bullied and bothered by her peers while she was growing up. She felt as though the world influenced her to become someone else when in reality she wanted to express her own beliefs and values in her actions.

Her own troubling experiences growing up and in her celebrity life have been a primary influence in her writing style. Since most of her lyrics have to deal with adolescent intimacy and love, this has been a driving force in her songwriting activity. She claimed that most of the inspiration that she has almost directly stemmed from the events that happened to her, like her past dating life and overcoming social obstacles like acceptance and such.
